Payment geting reversed after 5 minuts and not able to buy
I want to buy an item for which I paid and payment got reversed into my account after 5 minuts. order is appeared in my purchase history as unpaid and no option of payment. Same thing repeated 5 times and and all six orderes listed in my purchase history as unpaid. Neither i am able to cancell it from the payment history nor i could pay and confirm the order.
Note that I have maid transaction with same seller before sucessfully.
I never recieved any message from ebay with any block or restrictions
Any one faces this problem and any solution? please suggest
