Paying For an Item
I paid for an item this morning but the invoice did not give me the option to pay with my eBay Balance. Is anyone else having this problem?

It is a fairly common occurrence on these boards. I think it happens when people in the U.K. check out a U.S. based sellers other items or stores, which redirects them to ebay.com. If they log off while still on .com, when they log back in, it is to this site, not their country's one.

I think I found the reason you cannot use spendable funds when checking your feedback profile. Your country of registry is U.K.. However, you have posted your issue on the U.S. based site's community ( ebay.com ) If you were shopping on this site you could not pay for items with Spendable Funds. Check your device's address bar it should show ( ebay.co.uk ) otherwise you may not be able to use spendable funds, or pay for items at all unless a foreign seller will ship to the U.K.

OP1 year agoThank you! I did not realise that my query was posted on ebay.com! I normally signed onto ebay.co.uk so there must be some kind of glitch.

Did you enroll to use spendable funds? If not you have to do that first before you will see the option to pay using them. Open the link below for more details.

OP1 year agoI have paid for items previously using my eBay Balance and not had this problem before.
