Paying for an accepted counteroffer
I was surprised to see that it didn't automatically pay, but I'd prefer to pay the next day. It looks like I have 96 hours, but I read the other replies in here. If I don't pay immediately, I run risk that someone else gets it?

@baydealz
You're only risking that someone else gets it until you pay "the next day". Sleep well...

·8 months agoCorrect you must pay your accepted offer immediately cause the item is still considered available. There are no holds.

·8 months agoWhen a counteroffer is accepted on eBay, and the buyer isn’t required to pay right away they still must complete payment according to the terms of the accepted offer.
If the accepted offer terms allow 96 hours, you have up to that time to pay before it expires.

I believe so. I don't think it's considered a sale until someone pays.
You were surprised to see it wasn't auto pay so you were prepared to pay anyway.......................
