Paquete entregado en dirección incorrecta
I would like you to guide me, this is the first time this has happened to me in so many years of buying on eBay, I am an excellent buyer, eBay has always been my trusted page, but it happened to me that I bought some Adidas soccer cleats and the seller sent them to the place The delivery was wrong, they had to make it to me in Doral Florida and they delivered it in Medley. They are different addresses and the address I provided is Doral, the correct one. This has never happened to me. All the packages always arrive safely at the destination, worse this time. I did not deliver the package elsewhere and the seller did not give me any solution or respond to my messages and eBay closed my case and did not allow me to appeal but still the package was delivered to an incorrect address which is why I have not received my package and I don't want to lose my money, can someone guide me and help me know what to do in this case so I don't lose the money that costs so much to have... I need the repackaging or the package but neither the seller nor eBay gave me a solution

·2 years ago@ittybitnot yes when i was researching the addresses I was finding they were all the same place on the map. I thought I was going crazy lol. Now I understand all the recent complaints from sellers about packages going to Doral not getting a delivered scan...its a cluster for sure.

You bet. No delivery scan at all is likely due to the carrier who delivers. I would imagine if the carrier drives up with 500 packages it would be easier to claim his scanner was broken than spend the time....LOL... ALL my mail outgoing mail gets sent to Miami (Opa Locka) that is a hundred miles south of here even if it going to a person two blocks over from my house.
Years ago, there was a time that NO PARCELS were ever scanned in that facility, and the person in charge informed me they were not required to scan pre-printed labels. So it appeared packages went in, and never emerged. There were no other scans. I just filed the insurance on each one (likely about 50), and the procedure was changed down there forthwith.
There was once a Forwarder that used their physical corporate office as their ship to address (used by their customers, the eBay buyers) in Ft. Lauderdale, though the mail even if addressed to the Lauderdale location was delivered and scanned delivered in Miami/Dade (or Doral, Medley, Hialeah, Opa Locka etc.) anyway by default. That one was a cluster for eBay sellers as well.

OP2 years agoWhat can I do then if the seller did not want to give me a response and eBay closed the case and also the appeal? I have never lost a package in years until now and I don't want to lose it. The package was delivered incorrectly and I would like to know how to recover it or how to contact UPS to find out why they delivered it to that place?

How did you pay for this? Since there is tracking showing delivered to someplace, eBay will deny your claim. You would need to have in writing from UPS, that the parcel was not intended or delivered to your shipping address. UPS is not going to be helpful, and you being in another country makes it even more difficult, unless you have a UPS office you can visit in person. Can you tell from the UPS information if the size of the parcel or weight of the parcel is similar to what you ordered?
If by chance you paid with PayPal, you can file a claim there BUT YOU MUST CHOOSE SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS, and not file item not received. Once you do this, eBay will no longer be of assistance to you.
Same goes for your credit card, if you choose to do a chargeback. DO NOT FILE an
Item Not Received claim. If you do, eBay will just respond with the same "delivery confirmation" (even if it fake) and you will lose. You MUST pursue the claim as FRAUD/Fake Tracking Scam issue.
We cannot see what your purchased to give you any more advice unless you care to provide the item number.
