PAID PURCHASE DISAPPEARED FROM EBAY AND WAS NOT DELIVERED!!!!
I ordered and paid $65.20 via PayPal for a Samsung BN94-12928P main board on September 5th. Order number 06-15135-43560. It wasn't shipped for many days. Then it showed as shipped. Now it does not track. The order does not appear in my orders anymore but it was appearing. It was supposed to arrive many days ago and never did.

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in the Order details in your Purchase History?
Did you receive an order confirmation from email Ebay? If so, you can also check the order details from that email.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
· Select “More actions” beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.”
· Click the box beside I want a refund.
· Select Send request.
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
· Find the item in your Purchase History
· Select See request details
· Select “Ask eBay to step in.”

You bought it a week ago yesterday, so it has only been 5 business days. The listing is currently showing up to 7 or 8 business days for shipping within the US. So it should not be considered late, even if it was shipped the next business day, which you said it wasn't.
What is the tracking number?
FYI, this is not eBay customer service. The people here are experienced eBay users, who can help with most issues, including ones like this.
