·4 months agoIf it is showing delivered you will get your refund, It sounds like maybe this particular seller is trying to avoid giving you your refund, But you will receive it.

I understand the above like this... "The carrier shows as delivered (per the carrier) but the seller wasn't at home (per the seller). There was no packet nor a note (per the seller) and yet again it shows delivered (per the carrier)."
If my understanding is correct, your 'Delivered' scan will produce your refund. Good luck.

·4 months agoThat would be true if the OP is the buyer. But the post seems unclear to me on the details.

·4 months agoYou returned a item to the seller.
The seller claims they didn't receive it but tracking shows it was delivered.
As KGS said, don't worry about it.
As long as the tracking shows "delivered" you will get your refund.

·4 months agoEven if the return was lost in the mail, the buyer would get a refund. That is, if the buyer used the return label that the seller provided, instead of just sending back on his own.

Welcome to the Ebay Selling Forum.
Just a few questions.
How is your package missing if the tracking shows it was delivered to your seller's address?
Many carriers take pics when they deliver a package, does the tracking show a picture?
OR are you saying you are the seller and a buyer returned something to you that did not get delivered to you even if tracking says it did?
If tracking shows delivered and you don't have it, contact the carrier ASAP and have them check their records. That would be the advice whether you are the buyer or the seller. Ebay goes by the tracking and the tracking is what they will hold you to. As a seller, if tracking shows it was returned to you and you don't dispute this with the carrier, then you need to refund your buyer.
As you can see, a little more information would really help us to help you.

·4 months agoAs long at it shows delivered, you should get your refund.
If it was stolen after delivery, that's the sellers problem.
