Package not moving

Hello, I have a package from USA to Europe and it goes to ebay shipping hub through usps. The package was moving very fast until it arrived at Carol Stream IL Distribution center on first january. It is still there and ebay hub is in Glendale Heights which is very close. Is something happening in this area? Is it normal? Thanks

I'm not sure how clogged up your postal service in Poland gets just after Christmas with returns, but here in the U.S. ours gets very busy and there are postal holidays during that time. The Chicago area has had some strong storms go though the area which can slow down transfers from the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Distribution centers to in this case the ebay international shipping hub only a few miles away.

If the item has not left the distribution center by Monday, message your seller and ask him to contact the USPS and request a package search.

Expect packages to take awhile going from US to Europe. Buyers of mine have been reporting delays.

Please read the eBay MBG and then if the item hasnt arrived, you can file a Not Received one day after your latest estimate.
