Package marked as delivered on ebay but i didn't get it
On August 8th I bought a computer from the UK to Mexico. The seller is within the GSP, so he gave me confidence to buy from him. He Sent it on 9th August and I started tracking the shipment, everything seemed fine until today 10th August, it was updated that the package had arrived at the UK global shipping center located at Lichfield WS13 8UR and had been delivered. Minutes later, it was marked as Delivered on eBay, as if eBay had interpreted that the package had already been delivered to me! All this surprised me, because I have another package that comes from the USA and in this case, when it was delivered to the shipping center, they simply gave me another tracking number but it was never marked as Delivered on eBay! I have already sent a message to the seller in the UK, but he has not responded and I have proceeded to file a refund request. I hope that my application will proceed and eBay will help me, because it would be silly to think that the package arrived overnight from the UK to Mexico. In addition, the marked delivery address is not even mine, but that of the eBay shipping center.
Has anyone had a similar experience? could someone guide me? please.

·2 years agoYou may have overreacted. Your item was going to get another tracking number as usual, then head to Mexico. Now you might have put a stop to that relabeling, and you might not get your item after all. And you might not even get a refund, as tracking shows delivered, so you could lose the case.
Remember, you had 30 days from the estimated or actual (now that it's marked delivered) delivery to start that item not received refund request.

OP2 years agoIt doesn't seem exaggerated! I would have done exactly what you say, if the package hadn't been listed as delivered on EBay! As I said, my package from the USA also arrived at the distribution center but it was not marked as delivered to the buyer at all, while the shipment from the UK was marked as delivered to the buyer, it doesn't even allow to see the tracking anymore, Just comment on the purchase. So if it is marked as final delivery!
