Got double charge on shipping in checkout, but seller claims he did not increase it.

Did you change the address on the order before going to checkout? I ask because if you viewed the listing and saw one price, but then changed the address to another location, the new address might raise/(lower) the s&h charge that you saw.
Another idea... did the seller offer more than one shipping option, and are you sure you selected the one you wanted?
