ordered and not shipped goods
I ordered and paid for the Cospet optimus 2 smartwatch. This order has still not been sent. The seller keeps saying that he will send the watch as soon as possible. But still nothing happens. This is the second seller that attracts buyers to buy attractive goods and apparently they don't have this item in stock. A very nasty rumor is starting to spread here on E-Bay, offering to sell items that are not in stock.I'm currently sold out and I'm curious what she'll write me. Can something be done about it, or is it a normal condition..... Jiri France

I don't know what is in the air lately, but it seems that we are just here to read one-way rants.

OP2 years agoGood day, the merchant put a tracking number on the goods that I have ordered and paid for, and again nothing seems to be happening. I also know the practice. Now I have a Kospet optimus2 smartwatch in the shipping stage, but I don't see anything in transit. I don't see any big progress in this. I need watch, no refund. To be honest, you didn't help me much. I didn't need your advice. Much more important is the control and supervision of these dishonest practices of the seller that are spreading on E-bay. ·2 years agoSo sorry -- guess I did not realize that you did not want help. Perhaps I misinterpreted your message. You stated that you hadn't received something you ordered. You have apparently had conversation with the seller and the seller appears to be stringing you along.
My question again: Are you aware of the MBG? Has the last estimated delivery date passed?
Why not open a case?
eBay offers the MBG for buyers to use if/when a transaction goes wrong. You are certainly free not to use it

Has the last estimated delivery date passed by at least one day?
If so, why not open an item not received case?
