Ordered a Car Sticker but never arrived, cannot find the item in Purchase History, help
Placed the order on 18th December, paid by paypal. Never received the item and now cannot find any trace, other than paypal payment details. How do I get my money back?

It's also possible that your purchase history switched over to showing only transactions from 2025. We've seen several posters who have had that happen. So it may just be a matter of looking at the upper right of your purchase history and changing the See orders: dropdown to Last 60 days.

·1 year agoInteresting that you mention the "dropdown". I no longer have a dropdown. On my purchase history it shows everything without the need to use the old dropdown to find 3 years (presently would be 2 years and 4 days)

·1 year agoThanks, but I don't need the dropdown. Was just noting that fact. I see all purchases (8 years worth) without the need to use the dropdown that isn't there. "See orders: All" has become my default😊
Also to note on an older account I do have the dropdown, and it goes back 8 years rather than just the past 2 (present + 2) that was the previous display.

eBay recently (within the last year or two) changed the Purchase History page, and provided a drop-down with options going back to 2017 to show (at the time) seven years. At the start of the new year, the 2017 year is still available. Previously, eBay showed only options covering the current year plus the two most recently completed calendar years.

·1 year agoIt's possible you may have purchased as a guest. Look through your eMail for the order confirmation from there you can file an item not received claim. If you cannot find it you can file an item chargeback through PayPal for item not received.
