Order was never delivered
Ordered a book The Let Them theory on estimated delivery was May 5th paid $9.97 and have not received book. Order number20-12988 43595. Seller is XXXX. Please tell me what happened to my book. Thank you Lisa Waxman

Before placing an order, you always want to check the sellers feedback.
That sellers feedback is terrible and a lot of comments about selling counterfeit books.
The seller is located in India, dropshipping from the US, so they have no idea what is being shipped out.

You need to open a "Did not receive" case against the seller.
Go to your "Purchase History" page, and find the item in question.
On the right hand side of the screen is a column of blue ovals. Click on "More actions," then click on "I didn't receive it."
Follow the rest of the instructions in order to receive your refund.

No one here knows what happened to your order.
You need to go to your purchase history and open an Item Not Received case.
