Order number
My order number and item number on order email are showing up as invalid meanwhile I was charged for item. Can’t get any help from eBay because I don’t have valid order number or item number HELP!!!

Did you actually order from eBay, or from another site (such as Facebook Marketplace, Craig's List, etc), which told you that the sale would be completed on eBay.
If so, you may be the victim of fraud.

Did you buy the item as a guest? If you did you would have received an Order Confirmation email. That email should have information in it on what to do if there is a problem with the transaction. open the link below to find out what to do.

If you used this account to make the purchase go to the Orders/Purchase history page it will show up there. Under the title is a More Actions button you can use if you did not receive the item or if it was not as described. Read the info about ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) in the link below.

How long ago did you make the purchase?
Hopefully, the purchase you made was not from a listing you found on Craig's list Marketplace or some other site that said the transaction would be handled by ebay. Those are all scams.

Where are you searching? That information should show in your My eBay/Purchase History.
The item # is the important one. But if you are unable to find it, not much that we, fellow eBayers, can do to help you. If you would like to share with us the actual title of whatever it is that you bought, we could try to do some detective work that way, if it's not an item that has hundreds listed.
PS: I notice that your current registry is from early 2024. Are you certain you did not open another account to make this purchase? Just flinging an idea out there.
