Order not received
I have ordered from Ebay before with no problems but my current order wasn't received due the Apt # of my address being left off. The seller says that is the address they got from Ebay.

·3 years agoYou need to check the order to see what the estimated date of delivery is. We are eBay buyers and sellers we don’t work for eBay so we can’t see into your account to see what you ordered.

·3 years agoAs a seller I can tell you that when we go to print the label it is automatically populated with exactly whatever is on the eBay screen. So, if the apt # was missing from the label it was missing from the information you provided.
The package will most likely come back to the seller although it will take a while. If you want it re-delivered you will be asked to pay an additional shipping charge along with the complete address. The post office will not allow the seller to use the same label just by adding the missing number.
