How long ago did you purchase? You have 30 days from the last given delivery date to file an item not received case with eBay. If that has passed, you have 180 days from purchase date to file with paypal if that is how you paid. You can also file with your credit card company.
Does the order show under purchases on your eBay account? You are sure the purchase went through? Do you know the item number? You would have received an email when you purchased do you have that?

·2 years agoIf you were never charged, the order never went through. How did you pay? Check with them to see if you were charged.
