Order never received
I purchased a filing cabinet on July 28, 2022 that would be shipping from china, due to arrive in USA in OCT. when we did not receive this item, we did a request for Ebay to intervene on November 24. We still have not received any payment back or the item. ANY SUGGESSTIONS?

PayPay expired 180 days after the purchase date, and it expired Jan 24.
Most credit cards allow chargebacks up to 60 days after the purchase. Some allow up to 6 months.
You could be out of luck unless your credit cards allows chargebacks over 6 months.

·3 years agoWell, the eBay Money Back Guarantee is iron-clad for buyers when used properly. With that being said, since you've botched your MBG claim with eBay you'll need to reach out to PayPal or your credit card for relief. Heads up to react NOW, as even they have extended dates but they'll be expiring soon, if not already. Good luck and good golly...

·3 years agoNo sorry eBay gives you 30 days from the estimated date of delivery to file an item not received case through MBG.
If the seller doesn’t respond in 3 days you could have asked eBay to step in a force a refund. But too much time has passed for that.
PayPal, if that’s how you paid, gives you 180 days from the last estimated date of delivery to file a chargeback. Time may have passed for that.
You can try your credit card company or bank to file a chargeback.
