Order marked delivered, went to wrong address
My order was delivered to the wrong address which i only found out after talking to ups support team.
They told me the seller had put the wrong addy, the seller keeps sending me copies of item delivered.
I opened a complaint with Ebay and they have not been of any help in this matter -dang AI!..
What can be done to get a refund or my order delivered to MY address, I have been with ebay many many years at the same address. Only had this happen a few times over the years and the sellers were vary helpful to get my order replaced until now.

If the seller "sent it to the wrong address", it was done on purpose to scam you out of your money. This is called a "fake tracking scam". He probably did not even send what you ordered, all he had to do was send "something" like an envelope or a rock or anything else to a fake address and that would give him tracking delivery proof which is all eBay requires (proof of delivery) if an Item Not Received claim is filed.
I hope it was not a lot of money involved.
