Order marked delivered, went to wrong address
My order was delivered to the wrong address which i only found out after talking to ups support team.
They told me the seller had put the wrong addy, the seller keeps sending me copies of item delivered.
I opened a complaint with Ebay and they have not been of any help in this matter -dang AI!..
What can be done to get a refund or my order delivered to MY address, I have been with ebay many many years at the same address. Only had this happen a few times over the years and the sellers were vary helpful to get my order replaced until now.

Did you open an Item Not Received (INR) dispute that was turned down? It isn't AI that's at fault, that happened because of UPS' privacy policy that only allows the seller to access delivery address information. All ebay can look for is a Delivered scan and the zip code.
"My order was delivered to the wrong address which i only found out after talking to ups support team".
You have been the victim of the Fake Tracking scam, where an envelope or small empty package is delivered to an address in your zip code, which triggers ebay's system to deny that the item wasn't delivered to you. Does the UPS tracking info have a photo of the delivery address? If it does try contacting them again and ask if they can go online and do a google street level map search of your address to see if the photos match up also ask if they will give you the GPS coordinates of the address.
If your tracking has a photo that is not of your address and the GPS coordinates do not match yours, you should contact ebay through one of their Social media platforms. (links below)
When you do that let the rep know you are the victim of fake tracking. You will need the ebay item number and the seller's username. You can add attachments of the UPS tracking number showing the number and the photo. You can attach a screen shot of your Order details which has the tracking number and your address. Ask the rep to do a google street level map search of your address. sign the message with your user and real name. That should be enough for them to issue a refund.

In looking at your feedback profile I see you have recently bought from some questionable sellers. These days it is important to check each seller's feedback profile page. To do that now you have to:
Scroll down a listing page until you see the seller's username in a large font. Under it will be a few comments, and under that a See All Feedback button. Click on it. On the page that opens you will see the following line above some comments.
Click on the switch back to classic view. That will show you the box with the number's of neutral and negative feedback a seller has received. those numbers can be clicked on to read only those comments. You may find that others have had the same issue. If you see that add that info to a social media message as well.

If the seller "sent it to the wrong address", it was done on purpose to scam you out of your money. This is called a "fake tracking scam". He probably did not even send what you ordered, all he had to do was send "something" like an envelope or a rock or anything else to a fake address and that would give him tracking delivery proof which is all eBay requires (proof of delivery) if an Item Not Received claim is filed.
I hope it was not a lot of money involved.
