Order hasn’t been found
I didn’t actually bought anything from here before but I’m trying to find help for my grandma. She has purchased something from there and she bought it as a guest and didn’t have any accounts on there. She was able to get the confirmation email and updates of when it should have been delivered. But whenever she goes to the purchase history and try to track the order it keeps saying that the order hasn’t been found and it also shows that the item has been sold on the original listing since there was only one item which was her that bought it. She usually buys as a guest for many things and hasn’t had any issues doing so until now with that. She also hasn’t gotten any notifications about the item too. Is there a way where all of this can be fixed somehow?

Your grandma can request a chargeback from her credit card company if she cannot file a claim from the confirmation email.
[There is no Purchase History you can check for tracking if the item is purchased as a guest.]

Guest orders are not connected to any eBay accounts, which is why the guest order cannot be found in Purchase History when signed in to an eBay account.
For help with a guest purchase, your grandmother should sign out of her current eBay account and then use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest order, or else use the following link:

OP2 years agoThe thing is though she didn’t have any accounts made for eBay. She usually bought as a guest for everything she buys.

·2 years agoIf she does not have an account, then your comment about checking Purchase History makes no sense. The only way to check purchase history is to be signed in to an account.
If she was signed in to an account, then the links in the email to view the guest order details would not work.
Is it possible she has inadvertently created an account, or someone else has signed in to an account in her browser? If so, try signing out.
