I am contacting you regarding my recent purchase:

I have physically received the package in excellent condition. However, the DHL tracking status on eBay has not updated and still shows as "In Transit / Not Delivered".

I attempted to submit a formal confirmation or form through the Help Center, but the system options are strictly designed for unreceived or damaged items, with no direct option for buyers to confirm completed deliveries.

Since I have safely received the item and am completely satisfied with the order, please manually update the order tracking status to "Delivered" in your system so that the seller's payment hold can be released.

There is no way to get eBay to manually mark something delivered.

The best thing you can do is leave positive feedback to say that it was delivered safely. You can also try contacting DHL and asking them to update the status to delivered, but I don't know if they can do that either.

eBay only shows the tracking and delivery status that they get from DHL. That package does not show as delivered on DHL's website.
