·3 years agoIf the packages are being stolen after delivery, that's on you.
You need to provide a safe place to deliver your packages.
If they are being stolen, that's a matter for your police to invesigate, not Ebay.

You have reached ebay's community, which is made up of members like you, not ebay employees for the most part. However, we often have more experience than the reps you can reach by chat or phone.
According to your profile you are registered in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. Did you sign up to use ebay on the U.S. based site (ebay.com) or the U.K. site (ebay.co.uk)? I know the islands were once under British rule. Since this is the U.S. based site, the info I can give you will work here, but the procedures may be different on other ebay sites, or in different countries. You would have to login to that sites community to see if this info works.
It is possible that you have been the victim of a fake tracking number scam. Something is sent but not to your address. Unfortunately, ebay's automated item not received (INR) system can only look at the tracking information, and even though an appeal is looked at by a real person, they are not allowed access to shipping label information to get the delivery address, or the package type/size/weight. That is due to shipping service's privacy policies. You have to get that information yourself, and present it to them. Because you lost your initial INR dispute, and the appeal, you have two choices left. 1) to contact ebay through their Facebook or Twitter social media sites. 2) to contact your credit card provider or PayPal if you use it.
To get a refund, you still have to get the shipping label info from the shipper in writing. What you will need to do is to go to their office and bring a copy of your order details page. If you used a phone or tablet to buy with, you can bring that with you to show the info to the clerk you speak to. You want to ask the clerk if the address on the shipping label matches the one on the order details page, and also ask if the package type/size/weight is appropriate for what you purchased. If any of that information does not match up, you will have to ask the clerk to write a note on company stationary saying in general that, the label address was not yours, and/or that the package type... was not appropriate for what was purchased. You ask the clerk to sign and date the note.
Once you have the note, you can contact ebay through their Facebook or Twitter social media pages. (links below) You can write out what happened and what you found out, and add a CLEAR photo or a scan of the note to an appeal or message. If you go the social media route which is recommended, because the reps know about the fake tracking scams you will need to have the seller's username and the ebay item number. (Not the order number) At the end of your message give them your real and ebay username. If you go through PayPal or your card provider you will have to ask how to send the note to them.

In the future I strongly suggest that you check the feedback profile pages of each seller you intend to buy from, before bidding on or buying their items. On the profile page if the seller has received neutral or negative feedback, click on the numbers of them to read only those comments. Never go by a feedback percentage alone. I noticed on the profile page of one seller you bought from in the last 6 months, that they had a few comments about items not being delivered though tracking said they had.

·3 years agoIf your packages are being stolen how is that the responsibility of eBay or the seller? If this has happened more than once, it sounds like you need a more secure spot to receive packages.
