Most of ebay's coupons or discount codes are Category specific, have specific time frames/dates for use, and can only be redeemed once. There is usually a See details or Learn more button on the coupon or discount code message to learn when or what items they can be used with.
If you purchased as a guest, you should have received an email from eBay for each order. Sign out of your current eBay account and use the "order details" link in the email to get information about your purchase, or else right-click on the link and choose to open in a private or incognito browser window.
