If you purchased the item as a Guest, do as ebooksdiva suggested and check your email's Spam, Junk, Offers, Business folders for an email titled Order Confirmation. Also check to make sure you entered your email correctly, its easy to post ( .com ) instead of ( .net ) if you have more than one email account.
If you bought the item after registering this ebay account. Go to your my ebay summary page, and scroll down to Purchase / Order History. The purchase will show up there. In the upper right of the page there is a Bell symbol and if it has a number in it you have a message. You may also want to click on the Account button then on Personal information to see if your email address was posted properly.
Open "My eBay" and check your purchase history. Unless you have another account, you just signed up today, July 22nd, did you enter all your payment information?

This is a scam, and they are setting you up to steal from you. The scammers will earn your trust with fake proof of their system, perhaps even let you withdraw very small payments, then they will tell you that you have to pay them to be able to withdraw more payments.
This is called a task scam or an order-grabbing scam. The fake company might use the name "eBay Mall" or a different name. Either way, it's a scam that has nothing to do with the real eBay.
eBay doesn't pay people to write forum posts, write product reviews, or grab orders. No legitimate company pays for this type of "work."

·2 years agoYou can check under purchases on your my eBay page to see if the order went through.
On your my eBay page under the account tab you can check the email address you entered.
If it was a guest purchase, let us know. That is a bit different to deal with.
