orden don´t recived & ebay closed my case

iI bought a watch, but due to an error, it didn't reach my address, the order was returned to the seller, USPS confirmed they have it, but they didn't send it to me agan. I asked ebay for help and filed a claim, but the claim was closed without me receiving my order, and now I still have to pay the bank.
I dont understand why ebay closed my case when the situacion is clear. Ipaid for my order but never received it. It wasn't shipped, and the seller isn't answering my messages. I've tried to find a phone number to speak with a representative but there isn't one.
why can i do?

·2 weeks agoYou can also file a dispute with your credit card company. But if you do that, eBay will step out and no longer be an option for you.
Did you file an Item Not Received case with eBay?

OP2 weeks agoyes but they didn't do anything, i opened a case, explained the situacion and they closed it. I didn't received my reimbursement

·2 weeks agoWith an INR case the seller has to upload the tracking and the tracking has to show delivered for the case to close in the seller's favor, so something is off here. When you say you "explained it", how? INR cases don't ask for a reason.
