Opened INR. Item was delivered but is Not as Described.
Good afternoon.
Will appreciate any advice on how to proceed.
Opened an item not received case.
Item was delivered.
Unfortunately, it is not the item ordered.
Tried to change the case to not as described.
Cannot open a nad since the inr case is still opened.
As tracking shows delivery, the case will close in sellers favor.
Can I then open an nad or is my only recourse a cc charge back.
Thank you for any suggestions.

Once the INR dispute is closed you can file a Not as described one. In the future keep in mind that INR means you did not receive anything. Not getting what you ordered is a Not as Described issue.
