Online Classic site
Does anyone else use the online ebay site (not the app) from their cell phone, to view their watch list?
Currently I am unable to view the "classic site" option from my sell phone, as it continues ues to default to the "Mobile" version
In fact the option of Mobile/ Classic site no longer appears on the bottom of the pages.
I have tried clearing cache, cookies, a different browser and even selecting "desktop version", but nothing will bring me back to the classic site.
I really find the Summary Page of the Classic site much better then the Mobile site Watchlist and other pages.
I contacted eBay CS, but all they did was run me through the things I already tried, and left me with a promise to escalate my request. Needless to say it has been weeks and I have not heard back, but that is nothing new or unexpected.

·1 year agoThe "Classic" option appears to have been removed, but you can choose the "Desktop" version. Most mobile browsers have an option in the three-dot menu to view the desktop version of the page. As long as you open links in the same browser tab, it should remain in desktop view.

OP1 year agoYes, however, as i indicated, I tried that, and it did not change to classic while on my cell phone.

·1 year agoDesktop mode is an alternative mode you can use to reach options such as the Summary page that do not appear when using mobile mode.
It appears that classic mode is no longer supported at all.
