on ebay being useless on dealing with sellers
so again ebay keeps giving the seller more and more time while i foolishly wait for a paid for item that hasn't even been sent out yet and again no communication from the seller and not even a tracking number from the seller all ebay has been doing is giving the seller more time while i foolishly asked for a cancellation 3'times already what is going on with ebay ?
all i was a tracking number and the seller hasn't given me one and never responds to any messagess and all ebay does is say the seller needs more time almost every one that i buy from on ebay ships within 3' to 4' days

·2 years agoSorry, but don't understand your message. How does eBay give the seller more and more time?
When a buyer makes a purchase, he sees the estimated delivery date in the listing. Evidently, that date is satisfactory to him or he would not have made the purchase, correct?
When that date arrives and the package hasn't, the buyer can open an item not received case. Or, if the buyer wishes, and given the vagaries of the USPS, the buyer can wait a few more days.
Still no package? Buyer can open an INR case and has 30 days to do so.
If there IS tracking that shows the item IS moving through the system, eBay suggest the buyer give it a few more days.
What has been your experience as a buyer that' been different from the above scenario?

You have your estimated delivery date.
