old email,2 differ accts
ordered items from ebay,appears i have 2 differ accts,tried to combine to one email,not successful.tried to contact person at ebay to speak with,no success,need to return 2 items,need ebay associate assist

·1 year agoEach account has to have their own email address and you can't combine two accounts.
Log in to the account you made the purchase on and go to your purchase history and click return item.
You cannot use the same eMail for two accounts. If you must have two accounts each one should have it's own eMail address.
eBay doesn't assist with returns, returns are a do it yourself thing. Go to the account used to make the purchases and start your returns there.
