So it happened again last night. Two offers from 2 different buyers on different items. When I click through the accept steps they both disappeared. This morning one of them showed up in the paid and ship list. Thinking it might be they are actual offers with issues when the buyer tries to pay. I have not experienced this b4 is 3 years selling.
Another oddity this weekend: I seem to no longer be able to print my customized pack slip for customers when shipping. The shortcut is there to print pack slip. When I click on it, the box opens and I get the "blue spinning dot"

The last reply by @hemphillbass1 , caused me to think of a reason why offers disappear when you click on them. If they are from Sponsored listings, titled A special offer for you, those offers go out to many who opened the listings. It is possible that before you tried to open the offers, they sold, and that's why they disappear when you click on them.
This has happened to me several times, some of them return later as paid and ready to ship and some are gone forever, I am guessing that their payment did not go through , expired credit card, lack of funds , etc. , once payment method updated the sale goes through. Otherwise back up for sale without taking any action on my part. Very strange, but so are many things on eBay. I just keep pushing through. Good Luck

That may be happening if you use your computer, phone or tablet to do a lot of site searching and other things. You may need to clear your temporary internet files and cookie cache, then restart your device. A build up of cookies can cause issues with many sites functions. While you are at it, make sure your operating system and/or browser are up to date.
There's been a lot of issues with my account when it comes to offers. 2 yesterday disappeared when they came in and then showed a few hours later. Same amount same buyer one message
