Not received

I recently purchased an item that told me it was shipped. Gave me an estimate delivery and still have not received it. It keeps saying FESex has not received it and when I contacted the seller they tried to tell me that itâ€™s wasnâ€™t their problem to take it up with eBay. Smh

Of course it's the seller's problem! Follow the seller's advice to "take it up with eBay." If the package hasn't arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, just file a claim for 'Item not received" to get a full refund. Here's a link to eBay's buyer protection policy, which they call the "Money Back Guarantee":

Go to the item in your purchase history click â€œdidnâ€™t receive itâ€ in the drop down menu it maybe under More Actions follow the prompts. If the seller doesnâ€™t refund you after 3 days you can ask eBay to step in. Get help with an item that hasnâ€™t arrived
