Not official cancelation request - item shipped, what to do?
Not so funny story, it was late, and I thought I found a great item.
I was searching for one specific laptop, but as search is not perfect not on ebay not anywhere it gave me other models too, and off course by stats in title and all it was not clear that it is not exactly model I wanted.
I bought 3 laptops 😞
After detail reading, I found out that it doesn't say CPU model and by speed it is not one I wanted. I was able to file official cancelation request for 2, but for the third one time has passed and I just sent message to the seller, "please cancel all 3 orders, your description could mention CPU in title, and I would not order all three, please cancel". All this happened within less than 1 hour of buying the first one and yet I didn't have cancel option for the first one I paid for.
And off course I know that he doesn't have to accept my msg for cancelation, but it is not a cheap thing, it was 3 orders from all 3 laptops in his inventory and 2 cancelation request, and he still didn't read a message for third laptop?! I even wrote message in cancelation request from other two, that I ask him to cancel all.
Seller has return policy, but it is not a free one.
My thought was not to accept item, but if that avoids my protection, then I will accept it and immediately return the item.
But I hope there is maybe other solution, because there is just shipment label, it is not yet picked up by shipment company, at this point, is there a chance to stop it?

As soon as a seller creates a shipping label, you will receive the "order is being shipped" message. The seller may not take get it to a shipping service for several days though. So there was time for the seller to read your message and they decided to cancel the order.

I left this question and my answer, maybe it helps someone. I have sent even one more message to the seller just before this post, so maybe msges that I sent last night were "lost" in the pile, donno.
