not displayed after payment on eBay itself
Hello everyone I got a second chance to buy Calvin Klein glasses on 12/30/2025 at 15:11 my time from the seller shopeyeglasses
Paid via Apple Pay {Payment transaction number eBay O*11-14029-25, also money was withdrawn for currency conversion 0.77£}
I have no information about my purchase of the item from eBay, and money was withdrawn from my account in the amount of 25.84£
I don't know what to do, the seller wrote to me that he sent the item, but this is not true! Regarding the purchase from the second chance, I have no information from eBay! How is this? Please help with this purchase on eBay

Even if you purchase an item from a U.S. seller, you cannot access your U.K. registered account from this site. You have to login to www.ebay.co.uk to see your purchase history and any tracking information that is posted for the purchase.
If in the future you have another issue with a purchase made from a foreign country, go to your home site's community to ask what you can do to get resolution.

This is the US .com site.
Are you trying to see your purchases on the UK site?
Try logging out and logging back into the EU site.
You should be able to see your purchases on the EU site, unless you bought as a guest.
If these was a guest purchase you should have received an email to access your purchase.
Once you find your purchase, look to see the estimated delivery date.

OP9 months agoThank you very much, because I actually bought it from eBay com , like in an American store. Now I have contacted Ebay UK, got better service and contacted them with a report. I hope they will write to me. The real support service, on ebay.com, did not have this. Thank you very much.
