Not delivered parcel
One week ago I had very terrible experience with eBay
I purchased the iPhone 14 Pro Max with "buy it now" option.
1) Paid 673$
2) Seller provided the tracking number with the status "delivered". But the parcel wasn't delivered.
3)The seller doesn't respond to my message never.
4) eBay closed my opened request for a refund.
5) eBay deleted the negative feedback I provided for seller. But I mentioned that hte seller is a scammer
6) USPS doesn't want to help with the solution of undelivered parcel.
Terrible experience!!!!

Unfortunately, in your situation if you were having items shipped to a Freight Forwarder in the U.S. for transshipping to Ukraine, you will not be able to get the information you need to appeal the dispute you filed and lost. Losing the dispute is why ebay removed your feedback. It was not removed for calling a seller a scammer, though that is not something you should ever do.
If the shipping label tracking information you were sent, was delivered to you by email, ebay will not accept it because emails can be faked. You have to get that information in writing from the USPS, and they will only do that if you appear in person at a post office. Read the info in the link below to see what has to be done to get a refund when a fake tracking number is used. It was accepted as the best answer, so when you open the link click on the Go to Best Answer button to read it. There is information in the reply that explains why ebay cannot access the delivery address information from most shipping agencies.

·2 years agoSince Ebay is still blocking shipments to Ukraine, how was it shipped?
If you're using a freight forwarder and tracking shows it was delivered there, you have to work with the freight forwarder.

OP2 years agoaddress wasn't Ukrainian. Ukraine is here because I was selling a bedding here with the shipping from Ukraine.
I spent refund attemts to solve it with eBay. Then I started to work with USPS. I rised a claim for searching the parcel. Next day USPS called me and told that the parcel was delivered to another address in my city and to another person because the shipper pointed that address!! I asked to provide scanned lablel of the parcel. They sent me and I saw that label on the parcel. Tracking number was exactly the same attached to my purchase but the address and person another!! Seller never responded to my messages!
I left negative feedback for him but it was deleted in some hours! eBay see only this status "the parcel was delivered to an address in Newark". But!!! which address?? why this info doesn't check by eBay??! why they don't check all the delivered info!!!

·2 years agoGenerally speaking, when a buyer comes here and states that tracking shows their item as having been delivered, but they do not have it, we recommend that their first step should be contacting the carrier and asking if their records show that it was delivered elsewhere. They will not tell you where it was delivered, but they can tell you if the address was not yours and they can give you written proof of that. You would then contact eBay and proceed from there.
And, in addition, there is the possibility of porch pirates to consider.
