Non-receipt of item claim
I reported a Non-receipt of item and just received a reply back from the seller to close the claim and they will resolve the issue on their end. My question is: If I close the claim will I still able to file a Non-receipt claim or do I lose that option because of the close case?

OP1 week agoThank you so much for the helpful advise, Been on ebay since 99', and never thought of using the community section on ebay. Until I started reading other questions being answered and thought i'll give it a try. I love ebay, but i have been refunded more in a year alone then the total in my first 26 years on here.

·1 week agoDefinitely do not close the claim. You will not be able to open a new one.

·1 week ago · EditedNever close a claim until the issue is resolved, if you do then you will be at their mercy, won't be able to open another case, and they will take advantage of that.
