No Tracking Phony Ebay Sellers, Should Be Banned@
Food for your brain. Sellers who don't use any form of tracking and do not respond to any messages are 99% FRAUDS. How do you know that they even have item or even actually did ship it. Every time but once did ebay have to enforce the money back guarantee, and the foolish excuses they give. WAIST OF TIME SELLERS, WHO BANK YOUR MONEY AND RECEIVE INTEREST ON TOP. If they have several buyers money, think about the return they still make by delaying your money back return!

Since you do not sell on ebay you probably do not know that New or Returning after a long time of not selling, sellers, have a 30 day hold placed on their payments. Many new/returning sellers are not aware of the Hold or how to deal with it to get their funds released. On their account the payment status of the payments says Pending/Processing. They do not ship, because they do not think they have been paid, and may not reply to questions about shipping because they may think it is an attempt to scam them some how. Unfortunately, for new sellers, information about the payment holds is not in the first few paragraphs of the Start Selling information.
You have left 2 recent feedback about not shipping. One was for a seller who had received (1) feedback and that was for a purchase.
If you still want that item and haven't filed an item not received dispute, try messaging the seller again. Tell them if they have not shipped because of the Pending status of their payment, to do a Google search for " Transaction holds, ebay ". If they do that they will get the information they need to ship your item and get their funds released. You may also want to add that if they do ship the item that you would agree to revise the feedback.
The more recent seller had a feedback percentage in the neighborhood of 94-5% which is a poor feedback percentage for any level of ebay seller. That aside, did you look at the item location of the item? It is coming from Japan and the way many foreign sellers ship, is to use an international shipping service that partners with a U.S. carrier for final delivery. In this case SpeedPak, You are given the domestic service's tracking number, but it will not update until the package reaches the U.S., clears customs, and is handed over to the domestic carrier for delivery. You bought the item on a Saturday which means the seller would not have to ship until the following Monday, (Saturdays Sundays and postal holidays are not considered Business days) Then the Estimated delivery time frame for the item was 10-15 days.
Besides the very good suggestion to check each seller's feedback profile before buying from one you should also click on the See details button on the line for Shipping.
Shipping: Free eBay SpeedPAK Standard. See details Not only will you see that info but also the seller's handling time frame.

·1 week agoAs a buyer, you check a seller's feedback and reputation. I send some items untracked as letter mail. I have perfect feedback and have been a seller here for nearly 30 years and I am certainly not a "fraud".
You simply need to vet your sellers better, regardless of whether or not an item ships with tracking. There are plenty of scammers who ship this with tracking as well. And with eBay's MBG, you are always covered if there is an issue with an untracked item not arriving.

·1 week agoYou are probably in line with the majority of online buyers, but there are niche categories where both the buyers and sellers would strongly disagree with you.
I do not sell in those categories, I do not buy in those categories, I do not share their preference for cheap untracked shipping.
Many of the sellers in those categories are honorable people, and many of the buyers are as well. Untracked works for them.

·1 week agoYou've already shared this complaint, and I doubt many sellers will agree with you. I also can't imagine a stamp or coin seller offering inexpensive items paying for tracking.
