No tracking, original date passed, now date adjusted out 10 more days
I bought an item and belatedly realized the sell had a 92% feedback and lots of complaints about not shipping. I was expecting it to be delivered by today at the latest. Now the day of delivery changed out 10 more days and still no communication and no tracking. Can I just file a not delivered tomorrow? The original date was delivered by today. This is ridiculous.

I think you're looking at the wrong place for your estimated delivery dates. If you look at the listing it will show you the dates as if you made the purchase today. You need to look at the delivery dates either in your confirmation email or in the order details in your purchase history. Those are the dates that pertain to your order, and they won't change.

·1 year agoWhen you made that purchase, you saw an ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE. Go to your eBay Purchase History and locate this transaction. The date you see there IS the EDD. You can either open an item not received case one day after that EDD. OR, you can wait a few more days. Just make sure you don't go past 30 days after that date. Personally, since you state there's no tracking, hence no evidence of travel, I'd open that case within the next few days.
