Sellers are not required to provide tracking numbers or even use tracking. Click purchases on your my eBay page and see if the purchase is there. If not you either never completed it , it did not go through for some reason or you purchased as a guest. If it's a guest purchase, you received an email with the info. See if you can find any of those.
Have you looked to see what the seller's handling time is? It can be anywhere from one day to 30 days. Four days ago would have been Thursday, but unless you made the purchase early in the day Friday would count as the first business day. Tomorrow would be the second business day. To be a successful eBay buyer you need to learn the art of patience.
No one here can help with that, we are not eBay employees, we are other buyers and sellers. What does the estimated delivery date show? Tracking is not even required so the estimated delivery date is what is important.

OP7 months agoThe payment from paypal is shown in paypal but it doesnt show in ebay purchases

You were given an estimated delivery date, keep an eye on it.
