You posted about your issue on ebay's U.S. based site's community (ebay.com). However you are located in the U.K. and you need to login to your home site ( www.ebay.co.uk ) in order to see the Order details and tracking information.

·9 months agoHave you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers? If not, now may be a good time to do so, in order to assure yourself of the protection eBay offers to its buyers.

·9 months agoAfter you receive it you can open a return, but if the seller doesn't accept returns you may be SOL.
If something is wrong with the item, or you don't receive it, then you can open a case.

·9 months agoSellers are not required to provide or even use tracking numbers. If they don't, it's to your advantage. With no tracking number the buyer will win an item not received case. Or if it's delivered to the wrong address, again the buyer will win. If tracking shows it was delivered to any address in your zip code, you lose.
Tracking protects sellers.

·9 months agoYou need to wait then as another person stated 1 day after the estimated delivery date. Once at that point and the item doesn't show up then file a "item not received" case. The seller would be required to provide tracking or they lose the case.

·9 months agoNothing you can do but wait to see if it ships. Sellers are NOT required to issue tracking numbers. You can open a 'not received' 1 day after the last estimated delivery date.
