No shipping info

I have not received any shipping information 9 days since ordered. Tried to cancel but eBay declined request and sellers account has been suspended. I have no way to contact seller.

What is the estimated date of delivery according to the Order Details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history:

Select “More actions” beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.”
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select “Ask eBay to step in.”

You might want to take some time to read the Money Back Guarantee for buyers, which explains how you're protected if/when a transaction goes wrong.

If your item does not arrive by the delivery date eBay gives you, just open an INR and eBay will refund you. You are protected by eBay's MBG.

The item may be on its way to you but the tracking is not updating for some reason (like a damaged shipping label), or the item is being held up at a sorting hub. Regardless, if you don't get your item on time, you are protected.
