No response from seller!!
I ordered a bag over 10 days ago and the seller hasn't shipped. Not responding to my msgs or my cancelation request. Is there a real person on ebay that can help or do I just wait. It's already paid for

"I ordered a bag over 10 days ago and the seller hasn't shipped. Not responding to my msgs or my cancelation request".
Cancellation "requests" are just that and sellers are not required to accept them, nor are they required to respond to messages, though they should.
As lakefor.., wrote, you cannot take any action through ebay until the last estimated delivery date has passed. That info is in your Order details. If that date has yet to pass, try checking the seller's feedback profile page, to see if they have sold anything on ebay before or if they have not received feedback for selling in over a year. Some sellers have a fair number of feedback and a 100% rating but only for buying before or in the last year.
If you find that the seller is a new or returning one, they may not be responding because they have run into ebay's 21-30 day hold that is placed on all new/returning sellers first few payments, and they do not know how to deal with it. All they see is your payment status showing Pending so they do not think the funds have cleared yet, and won't ship. They may not respond to messages about shipping thinking they are a scam of some kind. If the seller is a new or returning one and you still want the bag, try messaging them again and tell them to do a Google search for: " Payments on hold, eBay ". If they do that they will find out about the hold and what to do to get the funds released.
If your item is coming from another country, and you were given a domestic shipper's tracking number, it will not update until it reaches the U.S. clears customs and is handed over to the shipper.

·1 year agoIn the listing, when you made your purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date. If that date has passed by at least one day, and if there's no tracking proving delivery, you can open an item not received case and you have 30 days past that EDD to do that. However, given the current situation with the USPS, many of us would recommend that you give the seller a little more time.
To open that INR case, you return to the listing in your Purchase History and click on "did not receive". The seller has 3 days to respond to you. At the end of that period, on day #4, you can return to your case and ask eBay to step in.
Let me also add that, if there's tracking showing it's on its way to you, eBay may suggest you wait a little longer.
eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers spells out your options if/when a transaction goes wrong. All buyers need to read it, understand it and use it in a timely fashion. There is usually no need to contact a real person in most situations.

The bottom line is one day after the latest estimated delivery date provided by eBay when you purchased the item, you can file a Item Not Received case by going to your purchase history and find the item and there is a pull down. Select "I did not receive it".
The seller will have 3 business days to get the item delivered with a delivery scan from the carrier.
If that does not happen, eBay will refund you. Just check back into the case on the 4th business day and ask eBay to step in.
If you open any type of eBay case, do not close the case for any reason until you get your refund, regardless of what the seller might tell you.
