I need the receipt for a computer I purchased a month ago to apply for a claim that for a warranty that was included. The problem the computer I purchased is not on my list of purchases.

Actually and as @fabrics24 and @redmodelt imply, you have inadvertently purchased as a Guest. Here is what we advise Buyers in that regard and to my knowledge gmail does not to my knowledge automatically delete emails after 30 days from the Inbox ... form the Trash and Spam folders yes.
Whether you purchased as a Guest intentionally or accidentally here is what we advise:
First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay
On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.

·2 weeks agoUnless you bought from a factory authorized seller the only warranty is the 30 Money back or did you buy and extended warranty?
You may have bought as a guest in which case, look in your emails. As a guest purchase, it would not be in your purchase history. You will need to log out of your eBay account and follow the instructions sent in that email.

OP2 weeks agoThere is a 2 year warranty through Allstate. I have found I used a credit card to purchase it also I have the date and amount of the sale.

If you cycle through all of the options like "Processing", "Unpaid Items", "Returns & Cancelled", etc, what happens?
Is there a chance you purchased it as a guest, or on a different account?

OP2 weeks agoGmail delets after 30 days so the email is gone.

·2 weeks agoMaybe you should change the setting for your Gmail! My trash gets deleted after 30 but everything else stays unless I remove/trash it myself.
