And there was not money in the card. The money was put in the card on 11/03/22 at 10:20 am on that day. I want to know what happened and why.

There may be an answer about your issue in the link below. If the info there or calling the number on the back of the card doesn't help, it is doubtful that we can either, without a lot more information about the transaction.

·3 years agoIt's impossible for anyone here to do more than guess, since you haven't told us what kind of card you're talking about. But most cards have a customer service number on the back. That would have been the first place I would have contacted.

·3 years agoNobody here can tell you that, but I have to wonder if it was a gift card. There has been talk of gift cards in stores being targeted. I believe they record the number on the back of the gift card and then keep checking to see if it has been activated, and then using the funds if it has. I don't know how they get around any pin numbers that you have to scratch to reveal, but just tossing it out there as a possible reason.
If it was not a gift card and it was a prepaid visa or something similar, sometimes they have monthly fees that reduce the balance.

·3 years agoAlmost a year later and wondering why no money on card...Perhaps looking at receipt and person who purchased it might help...and where...a gift...or you somehow was compelled to buy a gift card or I don't know what. Not much information to solve this.
