No fraud support on outstanding undelivered orders
I purchased an item Back in March 2023 a sale value at over $2,400, I was not informed that it was getting Shipped from Sri Lanka and would take until mid June to arrive, It never arrived and the seller never provided correct shipping info. Ebay’s system is automated and doesn’t have function or facility to handle my very late issue.

·3 years agoYou are covered by the Money Back Guarantee against Item Not Delivered for 30 days after the last estimated date for delivery eBay gave you.
You are covered for180 days from Payment by Paypal, if you use Paypal.
Card policies differ, but most also allow 120 to 180 days from Payment to open a chargeback.
Since it is now August you may have missed all of those deadlines, but start with eBay and go on to your card.

·3 years agoEbay does have an option to use when you don't receive your order by the estimated delivery date, you open an Item Not Received case a day after that date.
You have 30 days after the estimated delivery date to use that option.
If you waited to long and the MBG has expired, there's nothing Ebay will do.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.
