"No exact matches found" search results
Whenever I try to search for an item, it keeps showing me "no exact matches found" even I just search for a very basic item. This issue isn't sometime that I'm facing just on the website, but also on the mobile app as well. Is this a bug? Is eBay doing maintenance on their website and this error is just the result of that? Someone please let me know.

·3 years agoPlease give us an example of what you are looking for. Maybe someone here could try the same search and see if they are getting the same results. Could be your computer, system wide issue or the items you are looking for are obscure and there are no examples on eBay.

OP3 years agoFor instance, if I searched "plush toy" normal I'd get thousands of results, but earlier it kept saying "no exact matches found". That's a pretty simple thing to search for, it should have no problem finding it.

OP3 years agoOkay, I just tried it again and now all of a sudden it's working just fine. Just a few minutes earlier, I was getting the annoying "no exact matches found" error.

·3 years agoHEY! the same thing is happening to me!! and if you keep searching. It will happen again- then fix itself- then again. its driving me nuts.
It's nuts! i think its them if it is happening to you too.

·3 years agoJust another glitch in the matrix! Glad it resolved itself for now, I only got 780,000 listings when I tried. 🙂
