No confirmation email
Ordered yesterday so still fresh but I have not received a confirmation email for the item I bought yesterday like I have received in the past. Is this just because it’s waiting on the seller to confirm or is this an error? I had the money taken out of my account immediately but have had no updates regarding the purchase

·1 year agoJust a query because I am currently experiencing the same issue. Did your order eventually be delivered or did you have to cancel the order, wait for a refund and then order again?

Check your 'Junk Mail' folder in your private email account ... also your 'Messages' in My eBay.
[I know we get an immediate email when we've confirmed to buy an item ... but I'm not sure whether we receive an immediate email when we've made our payment.]

OP3 years agoI’ve confirmed to buy but did not receive that email either, could it be waiting to email for when it’s been shipped?

·3 years agoSellers don't confirm purchases. Sometimes confirmation emails are delayed. Check your purchase history. The transaction should be there and will have all the information you need.
