Hi! I Was Peculiarly Wondering About This Nintendo Switch 2 PRESALE Item Description Listing From This Seller Saying The PreSale Will Be Shipped After The Release Date? I'm Not Sure It's Legit?

EBay's presale policy requires that sellers be able to ship the item within 40 business days of purchase. Since the current release date of the Switch 2 is June 5, that would be possible. They don't, however, mention the release date in the listing, which is a policy violation. I suspect the seller is hedging their bets, as the release date has already been changed due to the current tariff situation. It would be a risk, but as long as you keep an eye on the deadlines to open a Money Back Guarantee case and thoroughly vet the seller it would still carry risk but not as much as a lot of presales.
