New Account Restricion - Help fix
I set up an ebay account today and was about to make a purchase then got this error, how can I fix this please? I currently cannot call because I am outside the US and would be super expensive to call customer care but I can receive codes, verify my identity and do anything else required of me. Your account says that your registered address is in the USA, so it is a big red flag if you are actually not.
The first thing to do would be to correct the information on your account.

·4 months agoEbay is asking you to verify your account. So yes you will be restricted. Until you do that you will continue to have a limit. My advice is if it is too expensive to call Ebay then you must then wait until you come back to the US to verify information that they need. There is nothing we can do to fix this issue. You must get in contact with an Ebay agent.
