Never shipped them
What am I supposed to do?? I bought something from a guy on the 28th and it says to send a request by the 9th it’s the 9th and it doesn’t give me a option to send one and he hasn’t even shipped it out at all and eventually I found he has it listed on a whole different site I messaged him on here and he wouldn’t reply but messaged him on the other site and got immediate response what do I do?? I can’t send a request it’s not letting me and I have no idea if I’ll ever get this item because he’s just telling me to buy it from the other site.

·2 years agoALL eBay buyers need to acquaint themselves with the Money Back Guarantee for buyers, preferably BEFORE starting to make purchases.
There was an estimated delivery date in the listing. Once that date has passed, and you've not received your purchase, you have 30 days to open an item not received case with eBay.

·2 years agoA day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
