Never received order number 15-13511-93885

Hi,

I have purchased 2 extron amps on ebay (Order date:Aug 31, 2025 Order total:US $184.21 Order number:15-13511-93885). Till date I have neither received this order nor refund . I have requested to ebay but nothing happened. It still shows in custom. I'm unable to understand when the order is sent by eBay International Shipping, why ebay is not taking the responsibilty.

You are given 30 days and that's it. You waited way too long and now your time has expired which is why Ebay will do nothing after 30 days. Contact your payment source.

There was an estimated delivery date in the listing.

You had 30 days after that date to open an item not received case.

Most credit cards give you more time than that to do a chargeback.

ALL eBay buyers need to read the Money Back Guarantee which offers good protection if/when a transaction goes wrong. Please read the MBG.

The ONLY way to be refunded for an item not received is to open an INR case.
