Never received item
After several attempts to track down package and trying to get a refund, I was denied a refund after appeal. I went to the post office to try to get a resolution and was informed that the package that the seller claimed I had received was actually returned to and signed for by seller. Since there is no way to actually speak to anyone at the seller or at ebay, Ifigured I would try here.

·1 year ago'was actually returned to and signed by the seller'...and I assume package was supposed to be signed by you to receive it...if you a refuse a package usually the seller doesn't have to refund the buyer.
We don't know the entire story but just an assumption...

OP1 year agoNo it wasn't supposed to be signed for and I didn't return to sender. It was deemed undeliverable and sent back to sender by the post office. It states free shipping on the sellers site, but doesn't specify how it will be shipped (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) if it was specified USPS I would have used a different address that receives postal shipping. The item is already posted for sale again, so they will get paid twice for it, its good for the seller & ebay , but the buyer really gets screwed over

·1 year agoIf USPS said it was returned to the seller and they signed for it, have them send you a letter stating that and use it to appeal the case.
